My Story

My name is Justin Volman; I'm a 16-year-old student at Hewlett High School. I found a passion for Ukraine soon after visiting it several times with my family. Both my mom's family and my dad are from Ukraine. It hurts to watch the people of Ukraine suffer like this. They have no heat, no clothing, no shelter, no food, and a lack of medicine and medical equipment for those that need medical care. I'm attempting to make a change and help save the suffering people of Ukraine in any way I can. Ukraine is a beautiful place, and the people are among the nicest I have ever met. It is not fair that they need to suffer like this. Today, Ukraine is unrecognizable after the military attack from Russia. I visited Odesa, Ukraine, and it was a beautiful place with a lot of things to do. I fell in love with it's beauty and I want to help it in any way I can. Millions of families have already been displaced from their homes as their country suffers from violent and deadly unprovoked attacks. They are fighting for their lives every day. For the millions of displaced refugees, including women and children, their hope lies in others helping them how they can. We partner with World Of Connections, a 501 (C)(3) Non-Profit Organization. Your donation will go towards purchasing food, medicine, clothing, and supplies and forwarding the contributions directly to Ukrainian families in desperate need of urgent assistance.
